Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in both languages, providing friendly assistance through chat, email, and phone while helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Guide users step‑by‑step to solve technical or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Access to a laptop/desktop (i5 or better), high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps), and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
