About the role

Join Paysera’s fast‑growing customer support team as a Junior Client Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for e‑commerce and financial service clients worldwide, providing advice and assistance in both English and Italian.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
Collaborate with teammates to resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate client records in the company CRM.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline routine tasks and improve productivity.

Required profile

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer‑service environment.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT.

What we offer

Rotational 8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week, with one weekend per month.
Gross base salary up to 680 EUR plus bonuses up to 170 EUR.
