About the role

Join Best Service Team (BST) as an Outbound Call Sales Agent focused on the Italian market. Working remotely, you will engage B2B prospects, introduce innovative service solutions and help world‑class brands expand their reach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Italian prospects, presenting BST’s products and services with enthusiasm.
• Identify customer needs, propose tailored solutions and move conversations toward closing.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with teammates to share insights and refine sales strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in sales or customer‑service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
