About the role

Join a fully remote team delivering top‑tier customer support in both German and English. As a Kundenberater you will handle inbound calls, chat and email inquiries, helping a diverse e‑commerce clientele while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support via phone, live chat and email in German and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Personalise each interaction to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance service quality and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
