German-speaking Customer Support Consultant (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Consultant to join its global remote team. You will assist customers in English and German, handling technical queries related to network connectivity while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to customers in German and English.
• Troubleshoot basic Wi‑Fi and Ethernet connectivity issues.
• Identify root causes and guide non‑technical users through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Accurately document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate internal teams.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and collaborate with developers and cross‑functional specialists.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1/C2) – both spoken and written.
• Strong English proficiency (B2+/C1).
• Basic understanding of Wi‑Fi and Ethernet networking.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable personal computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
