French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast‑paced team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries while delivering friendly, effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
