French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can provide friendly, professional assistance to our customers via voice calls and live chat. You will work remotely with a global team, helping users track orders, understand products, and resolve issues in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to solutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Experience with e‑commerce and CRM systems is advantageous.
