French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through phone and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step‑by‑step to resolution, and track order status.
• Log every interaction accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with patience, professionalism, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
