Francophone Customer Support Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join TalentPop App’s global support team. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to assist French‑speaking customers while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide email, chat and phone support to French‑speaking customers in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, account and other customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain high‑quality, empathetic interactions that align with TalentPop’s service standards.
• Document all customer interactions accurately using the company’s CRM and support platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• At least 1 year of experience in remote customer service, BPO, call centre or e‑commerce support.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Stable internet (minimum 25 Mbps), personal computer with Intel i5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM and a quiet workspace.
