About the role

Transcom is looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative in El Kram, Tunisia. The company supports a leading global digital marketplace focused on making pre-loved fashion accessible, and the representative works on scaling platform growth and improving customer engagement across international markets. The position involves answering customer queries by ticket and offers rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via tickets, delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Contribute to the project's success by proposing improvements, sharing knowledge and learning with colleagues.
• Work rotating shifts.

Required profile

• C1 or native written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and listening.
• Ability to absorb information quickly, adapt and respond to change.
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide a great customer experience.
