Customer Support Consultant (Remote, German Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Consultant to join SupportYourApp’s remote team. You will assist international clients with basic network connectivity issues, delivering clear guidance through phone and email while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to customers in German and English via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi and Ethernet connectivity problems, guiding non‑technical users step‑by‑step.
• Document incidents, resolutions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and comply with privacy standards.

Required profile

• Native‑level German (C2) and strong English (B2+/C1) communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Wi‑Fi and Ethernet networking.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable personal computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
