Customer Service Associate – German Speaker

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Associate to join its global operations team. This permanent, remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality support to internal teams and the wider community through phone, live chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Accurately resolve inquiries and document each interaction.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while representing TalentPop.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or help‑desk roles.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable personal computer (Intel i5 or equivalent) and a wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
