Bilingual German/English Customer Service – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English customer service specialist to join our fully remote team. You will provide high‑quality support via phone, chat, and email, helping customers resolve issues quickly while delivering a positive experience from the comfort of your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email in both German and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Personalize interactions to understand needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
