Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to provide non‑voice assistance via chat and email. The position is fully remote and focuses on delivering clear, timely solutions to our e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist with order questions, general concerns, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, written solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent support quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable and able to handle multiple conversations.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
