Bilingual Customer Support Consultant (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global team. You will work remotely, providing top‑tier assistance to customers in English and French across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support via email, chat, and phone while following internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and maintain deep product knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
• 6‑12 months of experience in customer support.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Fluency in French and English (C1+).
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
