Order Processing Specialist (Part-time, Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a part‑time Order Processing Specialist to work remotely during evening/night shifts. You will handle incoming order emails, validate details, and ensure data integrity while providing timely support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox, logging requests efficiently.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide helpful solutions.
• Validate order details to maintain accurate records and flag missing or problematic information.
• Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report.

Required profile

• Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Experience with end‑to‑end order processing, order entry, and fulfillment tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
• Accountable time management to deliver weekly reports on deadline.
• Ability to work independently with a personal computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
