Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (German/English) – Voice & Chat

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Specialist to join TalentPop App’s remote team. In this role you will handle inbound voice calls, live chat and email inquiries, ensuring customers feel heard, valued and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional assistance via phone, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver effective solutions.
• Personalise interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Offer feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
