Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (German/English) – Voice & Chat

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Specialist to join TalentPop App’s remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering support through voice calls, live chat and email while ensuring a positive and helpful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Personalise interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the support process.
• Provide feedback on workflows and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
