100% Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German & English)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our TalentPop App team as a remote Customer Service Representative. You will support German‑ and English‑speaking customers via phone, chat, and email, delivering fast and helpful solutions from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions, and email inquiries from a diverse customer base.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide quick resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar support tools).
• Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps upload and download.
