100% Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (German & English)

About the role

Join a fully remote team delivering exceptional customer support in German and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful written contact that our customers rely on, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support through calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
