Polish-Speaking Tour Guide

About the role

Coral Travel Group is seeking a motivated Polish‑speaking Tour Guide to join its team in Tunisia. You will welcome Polish‑speaking guests, accompany them on excursions, and ensure a memorable and smooth experience throughout their stay in Sousse and Hammamet.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Polish‑speaking guests during their stay and excursions.
• Accompany guests on tours, providing information about destinations, culture, and activities.
• Explain excursion programs and ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.
• Handle guest requests and questions professionally.
• Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and excursion providers as needed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish (required).
• Previous experience in tourism, guiding, excursions, hospitality, or guest relations preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn excursion programs and destination information.
• Flexible, professional, and guest‑oriented personality.
• Available to work mainly in Sousse and Hammamet.
• Professional tour guide license (carte professionnelle) in Tunisia is an advantage but not mandatory.
