About the role

ehotel® is looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its team in Sousse, Tunisia. You will help hospitality clients improve the hotel booking process while building strong relationships in an international, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Support companies in improving the hotel booking process.
  • Collaborate with an international, multicultural team.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent spoken and written German.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Customer‑oriented, reliable and solution‑focused approach.
  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • French and/or English language skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
