Business Development Manager – Security & CCTV

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives within the security and CCTV market, focusing on system integrators and end‑user accounts. You will act as the primary contact for customers during design, pre‑sales and post‑sales phases, driving project penetration and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key CCTV accounts, especially system integrators (SIs) and end users.
• Support the local SI sales team and ensure smooth collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
• Achieve annual sales targets while maintaining healthy gross profit margins.
• Identify, monitor and close project opportunities from inception to commitment.
• Serve as the first point of contact during the design phase, providing system integration and project consultation.
• Collect customer feedback to influence new product development.
• Expand market share by increasing project penetration within existing customers.
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue goals and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the security & CCTV market.
• Strong network of system integrators and proven experience dealing directly with end users.
• Excellent selling skills, able to listen, tailor presentations and lead teamwork.
• Proactive, responsible and capable of driving business growth independently.
• Ability to motivate teams and meet tight sales timelines.
• Highly competitive, target‑oriented and efficient.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
