Female Inspection Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Female Inspection Officer to ensure the safety and security of our property and guests. The role involves proactive patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and lock entrances when required.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Conduct daily physical‑hazard inspections and resolve safety‑hazard situations.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS and complete incident reports.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, defuse disturbances and escort unwelcome persons.
• Report vehicle accidents, thefts and other incidents, and call for outside assistance using proper codes.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and loss‑prevention documentation.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence and interview relevant parties.
• Follow company policies, complete safety training and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Female candidate able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking or running for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and verify information in various formats.
• Willingness to obtain any required licensing or registration specific to the location.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work calmly under pressure.
