Security Guardian

About the role

The Security Guardian is responsible for protecting the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring a safe environment. This full‑time position works on‑site at the Avenue de la Ligue Arabe location in Tunis.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and control access for guests.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and fire‑life safety systems.
• Lock entrances, conduct daily hazard inspections, and respond to accidents or emergencies.
• Provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS, and assist during emergency situations.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and report incidents.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and conduct interviews when required.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• First‑aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
