YouTube Expert & Content Lead PSG

About the role

PSG is looking for an agile, creative and data-obsessed YouTube Content Lead and Community Strategist to drive the publishing strategy, visual packaging and audience growth of its official YouTube channel. The role owns the narrative of the club's content, covering everything from matchday highlights to behind-the-scenes lifestyle and training culture.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the channel's publishing schedule, content packaging and programming cadence.
• Design high-CTR, scroll-stopping thumbnails optimized for mobile and desktop.
• Write high-drama, curiosity-driven titles under 50 characters and engaging community posts.
• Ensure visual and narrative consistency across long-form, Shorts and Community content.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, average view duration, retention curves, traffic sources and subscriber conversion to find content opportunities.
• Run continuous A/B testing on thumbnails, titles and hooks, and monitor football storylines, platform trends and algorithm changes.
• Foster dialogue with the international fan community through the Community Tab, Shorts and pinned discussions, infusing football culture and matchday emotion.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or growing medium-to-large YouTube channels, with clear metrics on subscriber growth and retention.
• Fluent or native English; strong working French for press briefs, raw footage and internal communications.
• Deep understanding of European football, PSG history, match narratives and supporter psychology.

Required skills

• Hands-on Adobe Photoshop (composition, typography, color grading, visual hierarchy).
• Plus: familiarity with Illustrator, Canva or generative AI workflow tools.
• Copywriting ability to craft punchy, emotive hooks and titles.
