Communication Manager

About the role

Carthage Insight Industries is looking for an experienced Communication Manager in Tunis to lead its internal and external communications and strengthen its brand across its industrial operations and markets. The role shapes clear, consistent and credible messaging for customers, employees, media, partners and regulators, and communicates the company's expertise and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's communication strategy in line with business objectives and brand positioning
• Lead media relations, including press releases, interviews, briefings and relationships with journalists and trade media
• Manage corporate reputation and lead crisis communication planning and response, including safety events, product issues and operational disruptions
• Oversee digital and social media channels, including content planning, audience engagement and online reputation monitoring
• Develop customer-facing and investor-ready materials such as company profiles, product and capability brochures, case studies and presentations
• Work with sales, operations and technical teams to deliver consistent messaging across product launches, tenders and marketing campaigns
• Lead internal communications so employees, including plant and site teams, stay informed, aligned and engaged
• Promote the company's quality, safety, innovation and sustainability commitments across all channels
• Plan and coordinate corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility communications
• Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice and messaging standards across all materials and facilities
• Manage external agencies, creative suppliers and communication budgets
• Monitor and report on communication performance, media coverage and audience insights to senior management
• Manage and develop a team of communication and content professionals
