Social Media Manager

About the role

Zayer Digital is a digital marketing agency covering brand strategy, content creation, social media management and paid advertising. It is looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to join its hybrid team in Tunis, with flexible remote work options. You will own the planning, creation and publishing of high-impact content across your clients' social channels, and act as a key link between marketing campaigns, the development team's product and landing page launches, and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee social media calendars and multi-platform content strategies.
• Work with the development team to turn new digital updates, landing pages and tech rollouts into engaging social content.
• Monitor community engagement, reply to comments and DMs, and qualify buyer inquiries for the sales team.
• Track analytics, interpret performance metrics and prepare insight reports to optimise future campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and account managers on unified, high-converting messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and SMO, managing active multi-platform campaigns.
• Ability to build and run tailored content strategies for different target audiences.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Arabic, French and/or English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent agency experience.
• Comfortable in a hybrid setting, splitting time between remote work and the office in Bardo.

Required skills

• Social media analytics and data tracking tools.
• Basic familiarity with paid social ads, digital marketing funnels and working with tech/dev teams.
• Strong time management across several client projects under tight deadlines.
