Territory Manager

About the role

The Territory Manager will act as a trusted advisor to HPE partners, driving revenue, profitability and pipeline through joint business planning and data‑driven sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to partners (VARs, distributors, SI, ISV, MSP) and align HPE priorities with emerging ecosystem trends.
• Create and execute joint business plans, leading sales cadence, education, marketing and executive briefings.
• Develop partner‑centric solutions, map accounts, and coordinate HPE activities to accelerate financial outcomes.
• Recruit and develop new partner relationships, monitor partner sales floors and ensure compliance with HPE SBC requirements.

Required profile

• University or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7+ years of selling experience at end‑user or partner level.
• Proven experience selling to partners in complex environments.

Required skills

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management and sales forecasting abilities.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and creative problem‑solving skills.
