Business Developer

About the role

Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, is looking for a bilingual Business Developer to strengthen its strategic market position in Tunis and expand its client portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Operations and External Relations, you will work closely with lawyers to design and implement business strategies that align with legal service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business prospects, convert leads into long‑term clients and manage existing relationships.
• Conduct local and international market research, analyse trends and competitor positioning, and develop commercial action plans.
• Draft and present tailored proposals and persuasive presentations in both French and English.
• Coordinate input from legal and operations teams to prepare comprehensive client‑facing materials and support tender, RFP, and panel submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, law, management or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales or client relationship management, preferably in professional services or the legal sector.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems for client data management.
