Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner to join our HR team. You will attract top talent, ensure smooth onboarding, and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Develop talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Monitor probation periods and support retention initiatives.
• Analyze recruitment and retention KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR.
• Strong interviewing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
