Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

Bank ABC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join its HR Department at the Tunisia Head Office. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring compliance and attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse hiring needs, develop recruitment plans and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions.
• Manage the full recruitment workflow, including job posting optimisation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating pre‑employment tests.
• Negotiate offers, prepare employment agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding and background checks.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, KPI reports, and budget optimisation; negotiate fees with recruitment agencies.
• Represent the bank at career fairs and maintain a talent pool database.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in banking or finance.
• Fluent in French and English; English certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with job posting on social media and job boards.
• Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
