HR & Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on HR & Recruitment Officer to manage recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations for both office‑based and remote staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Recruit technical roles in collaboration with engineering leads and conduct technical assessments.
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job platforms, recruitment partners and direct outreach.
• Support international hiring and coordinate onboarding for remote employees.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with accounting and external advisers.
• Organise probation reviews, performance discussions and training follow‑ups.
• Handle workplace concerns confidentially and provide management with recruitment trackers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in both recruitment and HR administration.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting software developers or other technical profiles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Tunisian employment procedures and payroll administration.
• Experience with international recruitment or remote teams is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, follow through on commitments and manage competing priorities.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
