Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner

About the role

BORG Automotive is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner to join its Human Resources team. You will drive the full recruitment cycle, ensure smooth onboarding, and develop initiatives that boost employee engagement and long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate selection processes.
• Oversee onboarding activities and support new‑employee integration.
• Monitor probation periods and lead retention programs.
• Analyse recruitment and retention KPIs, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvement actions.
• Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR information systems.
• Ability to analyse HR data and generate reports.
