Spa Manager / Doctor

About the role

An Accor hotel in Sousse is looking for a Spa Manager/Doctor to run its spa. The role oversees day-to-day operations so that 5-star guest service is delivered, the workplace is safe and harmonious, and revenues are maximised through staff scheduling. It also supports the Spa Director with marketing, budgeting, VIP visits, staff relations and training.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, set realistic targets and liaise with the Spa Director on forecasts, stock levels, requisitions and budget
• Oversee monthly inventories and product control for products, equipment and linens
• Implement the hotel's reporting procedures and the Health and Safety policy, especially cleanliness and hygiene
• Maintain equipment, products, services and standards, and handle client enquiries and complaints
• Train and orient new treatment staff, manage the therapist rota and weekly schedules, and conduct performance appraisals
• Develop the spa's service menu, retailing, merchandising and marketing, and keep guests and tour operators informed of events
• Network internally and externally, take part in promotional events and stay up to date with industry innovations
• Motivate the team, keep service standards high and comply with all hotel and spa policies
