About the role
The Spa Manager/Doctor will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring five‑star guest service, a safe work environment, and efficient inventory and expense control. The role supports the Spa Director in marketing, budgeting, staff training, and achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day spa activities, staff schedules and inventory to maximize revenue.
- Assist the Spa Director with marketing objectives, budgeting, VIP guest visits and staff training.
- Monitor financial performance, stock levels and monthly inventories.
- Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Handle client enquiries, complaints and maintain high service standards.
- Develop service menus, retailing, merchandising and promotional activities.
Required profile
- Proven ability to motivate, lead and develop a spa team.
- Experience in managing budgets, inventories and delivering consistent service quality.
