RPA Developer

About the role

TUI is looking for an RPA Developer to carry out operational activities focused on Robotic Process Automation. You will design, develop and test automation processes, document them and support their implementation, working closely with the Senior RPA Developer. The role also involves assisting in managing the server environment and providing application support for solutions taken into production.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Business Analyst to develop and program technical RPA solutions that optimize processes.
• Test RPA solutions continuously for plausibility, functionality, performance and quality, including error analysis and elimination.
• Ensure RPA maintenance and operations, monitoring functionality and adjusting to master data changes.
• Document RPA solutions for roles and processes, ensuring audit compliance, COSO conformity and IT security.
• Create regular standard and ad hoc reports on process run count, latency and automatch rate.
• Support the Center of Excellence team with documentation and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• University degree or appropriate training in informatics, or comparable knowledge.
• First professional experience in IT or automation.
• Analytical and numerical skills, extensive IT knowledge, good communication skills and independent, self-reliant way of working.
• Ability to work in a global, multi-geography, multicultural environment; fluent English, German is a plus.

Required skills

• Programming in VBA and .NET is desirable.
• Use of Microsoft server and client operating systems.
• Use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development.
