RPA System Administrator

About the role

The RPA System Administrator ensures stable daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the UiPath Orchestrator RPA infrastructure, supporting finance and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor robots, resolve issues, start/stop activities, and maintain backups for production environments.
• Manage RPA resources such as licenses, VM capacity, server updates, folders, assets, users and SSO settings.
• Support secure access, handle Office 365 app changes, review access requests and contribute to audit activities.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades and introduce new robots, working with internal teams and technology providers.
• Administer robot patching, VDI setup, UiPath configurations and overall Office 365 environment support.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent training in IT, system administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or automation support.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural matrix environment.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• UiPath or other RPA platforms.
• Microsoft server and client operating systems.
• Office 365 administration.
• VDI setup and robot application patching.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, QAD or SharePoint (advantage).
