Remote Scrum Master (Spain Projects) – Tunisia

About the role

K-LAGAN is looking for a Scrum Master to join its team and facilitate agile delivery across cross-functional engineering and data product teams. You will act as a servant leader, helping self-organising teams remove impediments and drive continuous improvement across international technology initiatives. The position supports Spain remotely from Tunisia, on a full-time schedule aligned with Tunisia's time zone, as a contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives, and coach teams in Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
• Identify, track and resolve blockers, dependencies and team friction to keep delivery velocity steady.
• Work with Product Owners on backlog management, user stories and alignment with release goals.
• Monitor team health and delivery metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, lead time) to drive retro improvements.
• Foster a psychologically safe team culture and support scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Delivery Lead with software engineering, data or cloud infrastructure teams.
• Advanced or fluent English (C1 level), spoken and written.
• Location: 100% remote, residency in Tunisia required.
• Nice to have: Agile certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP), experience with software engineers or data engineers, and familiarity with OKRs and release trains.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro and Trello.
• Strong servant leadership, empathy, conflict resolution, active listening and workshop facilitation.
