About the role

We are looking for a friendly and empathetic professional to join our team as a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
