Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
