Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar CRM/e‑commerce tools.
• Familiarity with general CRM systems.
