Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

TalentPop App is building a fully remote team of customer support professionals. As a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them track orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and live‑chat.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with a calm, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Accurately document all interactions and updates in the support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and team leads to stay aligned on workflows and priorities.
• Deliver experiences that reflect TalentPop App’s service standards and values.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Calm, organized, and solutions‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Personal laptop (Intel i5 or equivalent) with at least 8 GB RAM and a reliable 25 Mbps internet connection.
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for calls.
