Agent de Support Clientèle International (Français/Anglais)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a bilingual International Customer Support Agent to join its global support team. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while providing high‑quality assistance to French‑ and English‑speaking users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver omnichannel support (email, chat, phone) in French and English.
• Diagnose and resolve user queries related to accounts, orders, and products.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by adhering to TalentPop App’s quality standards.
• Update databases and the CRM system after each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce or a contact‑center environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage stress, and capacity to work autonomously from home.
• Dedicated workstation with a PC/Laptop (i5 minimum, 8 GB RAM), high‑speed fiber broadband (≥25 Mbps), and a quiet environment.
