Remote Customer Service Representative – German & English

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will assist German‑ and English‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email, delivering fast and friendly support while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through voice, chat and email channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions and ensure quick resolution.
• Personalise interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
