Quality Team Leader – Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Team Leader will monitor manufacturing process compliance, lead problem‑solving groups and ensure internal adherence to specific customer requirements within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of quality engineers and auditors.
• Maintain ongoing contact with the client to monitor feedback and communicate timely updates.
• Lead problem‑solving processes, monitor VOP/VOC indicators and raise awareness of risks.
• Participate in APQP phases, system release meetings, FMEA analysis, feasibility studies and internal audits.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with monitoring plans, PPAP files and resource qualification.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Experience in team management.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.
