Head of Production and Infrastructure Management

About the role

LEONI is seeking a senior leader to head its Production and Infrastructure Management unit in Tunisia. The role is responsible for overseeing production processes, infrastructure assets and related organisational units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Production and Infrastructure Management organization, setting objectives and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Design and drive initiatives to improve standards, governance, processes and budget allocation for production and infrastructure activities.
• Manage multiple sub‑units, propose and implement measures to enhance team performance, organisational flexibility, succession planning and change management.
• Maintain functional accountability for production and infrastructure at the country level, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 10 years of experience in production and infrastructure management, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a multinational automotive or supplier environment and strong project‑management background.
• Strategic mindset, ability to work under pressure and advanced proficiency in English and French (C1 level).
