About the role
LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to manage and supervise a segment organization unit, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and KPIs. The role involves driving continuous improvement, governance adherence, and team development within the wiring industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the segment unit, ensuring KPI achievement and governance compliance.
- Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
- Plan regular team activities, define objectives, and monitor performance.
- Support professional development, training needs, and succession planning for direct reports.
Required profile
- University degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Management or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the wiring industry with strong leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication and change‑management skills.
