Quality Team Leader – Lead Quality Engineers & Auditors

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Quality Team Leader to ensure manufacturing processes meet internal and customer standards. You will guide problem‑solving groups, manage a team of quality engineers and auditors, and act as the primary liaison with clients to monitor feedback and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing process compliance and intervene on internal or external deviations.
• Ensure adherence to specific customer requirements and maintain ongoing client communication.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives, monitor VOP/VOC indicators, and raise awareness of risks.
• Participate in APQP phases, system release meetings, process FMEA analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Develop, implement, and oversee monitoring plans and resource allocation.
• Create and communicate PPAP files to customers.
• Conduct internal audits and track corrective actions.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Fluent English with strong analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
