Industrial Engineer

About the role

As an Industrial Engineer you will manage engineering changes and annual model updates, ensuring projects meet performance targets while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set the Engineering Level with SC for each project phase.
• Implement and monitor engineering changes and plan their introduction.
• Develop and monitor change files according to standards.
• Maintain material and time calculation files in SAP and perform periodic verification.
• Define investment requirements for engineering changes and new models, monitoring budgets.
• Update wire and tube lengths for cabling and edit splice configuration documents.
• Control technical documentation internally.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good verbal and written English.
